Have you ever experienced anxiety?

I wouldn’t hesitate to say that out of 100 adults surveyed, all 100 would tell you they have experienced some form of anxiety.

Anxiety is a normal part of our existence. In the early years of man, anxiety and adrenalin served the purpose of keeping us alert to approaching danger. This kept us alive.

Today, the anxiety that many of us feel is in response to ever increasing daily responsibilities and no increase in the amount of time available to take care of those responsibilities.

To understand and take control of your stress and anxiety, you will need to build self-confidence and self-esteem!

Is your stress and anxiety, dragging you down?

Do you sometimes feel you are in a deep hole and can’t find your way out?

Does the future always look bleak, and happiness seem to avoid you?

Is it critical for you to resolve your stress and anxiety problems right now?

How is it impacting on your life?

Do you know what you have been doing that is preventing you from resolving your problem?

What has stress and anxiety cost you in the past?

How is this affecting you right now?

What is going to happen in the future if you don’t get your problems resolved?

What decision are you making right now?

Would you like a relaxed life of peace and serenity?

Everyone has some fears and stress in their lives, usually because of what people have told them about themselves when they were very young, or because of experiences of abuse or trauma as they were growing up!

It can be from trauma, abuse, separation, or bereavements at the present.

Those experiences can drastically undermine our confidence and feelings of self-worth!

If you experience anxiety or depression, it may be caused by your earlier exposure to violation, trauma, or bereavement in your life.

This exposure will have weakened your self-confidence and sense of self- worth.

My programs will enable you to start rebuilding your confidence and esteem.

Build a strong belief in yourself!

My programs will show the weaknesses you may have developed because of your past experiences.

When we admit our weaknesses, we can then turn them into strengths.

I give you a list of possible weaknesses and reviews of ways to overcoming them:

•            1.   Lack of confidence and self esteem

•            2.   Lack of assertiveness

•            3.   Weak belief or value system

•            4.   Fear

•            5.   Living in our comfort zone

•            6.   Addiction

•            7.   Lack of skills

All those possible weaknesses and ways to erase them are addressed in my e-book!

I am a life Coach and Mentor.

I call myself the “New You” coach as I aim to build a new you, free of anxiety and any other problems you have.

•            As I have gone through life, like everyone, I have had my own low moments. I suffered bereavements, been a lone parent to two teenagers, struggled with bullies at work.

•            I know that with each event, your emotions go into overdrive, and I can still vividly recall my emotional reactions to each traumatic event I have experienced.

•            I work regularly, and have for years, with a Homeless Charity and the first time one of my homeless friends told me of his childhood abuse, I could see all those painful physical reactions take place within him.

•            When I saw someone else go through the emotions that I had experienced so often, it galvanised me into finding ways to help.

•            The fact that I could see his pain, focused my efforts on looking for ways and practical strategies to help ease the pain of people who had been abused or had trauma in their lives.
