This is proposal for John McManus (popularly known as TomMc) to deliver a coaching course to above named client.
This coaching will be delivered on a one to one basis either face to face or via Zoom.
One 47 minute session per week on my 7 week program!
The following are my coaching rules:
This code governs the conduct of my coaching, and of those in my coaching team.
1. Always conduct themselves to the highest levels of ethics, integrity, accountability and responsibility.
2. Treat all clients and potential clients with absolute dignity, confidentiality and respect as free and equal individuals.
3. Maintain the good reputation of coaching.
4. Comply with both the spirit and the letter of any agreements made with clients, potential clients, and professional colleagues.
5. Make commercial agreements with clients and potential clients that are fair and will respect all parties to such agreements.
6. Represent true levels of status, title, competence and experience in order not to mislead, misrepresent or defraud.
7. Clearly state to clients and potential clients, the terms of any commercial agreement.
8. Make no un-realistic claims or implications of the services provided.
9. Obtain written permission from any client or potential client before releasing their names as referees.
10. Respect the absolute rights of clients’ confidentiality except as expressly permitted by the client or potential client in writing or as required by law.
10A Any questions asked of clients are solely for benefit of clients and are not intended as racial or defamatory in any way, if in doubt, ask and a full explanation shall be given.
11. Recommend different coaches or resources when these will be more appropriate to the clients’ needs.
12. Do not offer professional information or advice that you know to be confidential, misleading or where the accuracy is beyond your competence to assess.
13. Avoid coaching minors (people who have not yet had their 18th birthday) without the express written consent of parent, guardian or teacher as appropriate.
14. Comply with all laws and bye-laws of the UK and, if coaching clients based abroad, with the laws of the clients’ country.
My Client code of conduct:
Always attend all meetings on time.
Always telephone at the agreed time. (Zoom connection)
Always be prepared for the coaching call:
(A) Check what you have achieved against your tasks
(B) Consider what actions may be necessary prior to sessions;
Be honest at all times. Never lie about anything as lies will stop me
helping you; and you helping yourself.
You agree that I can challenge you on any areas I see appropriate.
Be willing to try new methods that I, as your coach may suggest from time to time.
Accept and willingly work on direct, honest feedback received.
At all time work in partnership with me.
Be prepared to work on all areas of your life not just your career.
Arrange for payment to be made in advance of all coaching calls or sessions.
If you require a receipt request it in advance. (Payment by PayPal)
Send all forms back promptly and fully completed.
Be prepared to step outside your comfort zone into an achievement zone with my support.

The outcome and focus of my coaching will be on showing you, the client the tools and capacity you posses that can enable you to resolve your problems and challenges.
On review of your challenges, I will reveal the emotional needs underlying your state and offer you strategies on how to change your life.
